Join Aspen this Wednesday 5:30pm-7 as we practice and heal in the light and energy of the biggest, brightest Full Moon of the year. This Full Super Moon in Capricorn, in all of its beauty, brings with it an intensity that is so palpable that it cannot be ignored. Action and change are being demanded on an individual level as well as for the collective. I recommend bringing a journal (as well as any other spiritual practice items that help you with grounding) as the energies of Capricorn, Cancer and Pluto will guide us to a place of rawness and vulnerability that we may have never experienced. Think of the journeys of both the butterfly and the lotus. Out of darkness comes healing Light. Out of release comes tranquility and ease. Raw honesty and surrender brings compassion and Divinity. As the energy and responsibility of this Full Super Moon is so personally timed for me, I will share a bit of my journey under this moon with the intention to perhaps inspire, validate and/or bring you some strength and peace during this intense yet transformative time. 🦋
