We are back in Golden, CO delivering this cozy backyard 5x7 sauna to Matt and Lara E., featuring an all cedar interior, three-tier bench, under bench LEDs, and the HARVIA 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘱𝘢 Spirit heater with WiFi courtesy of Art of Steam Co.. They’ll be looking forward to firing up the sauna from the trailhead after a tough bike ride and coming home for some hard-earned R&R.

Guided towards contrast therapy, we crafted him an aromatic 5x5 western red cedar sauna powered by a HARVIA 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘱𝘢 heater supplied our friends at Art of Steam Co., alongside our spacious 150 gallon cedar cold plunge with a sleek black bed liner top.
