🎗️An Important Update for Our In Loving Memory Families 🩷
To all of our beautiful families joining us for the 10th Annual In Loving Memory event at the Lake Nona Town Center in Orlando, Florida, on September 12th, we need to share an update that truly breaks our hearts.
We have been informed that the projection system at The Beacon is experiencing technical difficulties and unfortunately will not be repaired in time for our event. This means we will not be able to illuminate the names of our precious children on the Beacon as we had planned for the 10th year. ✨HOWEVER, we will be projecting the Angel names during the Angel Parent Ceremony & Dinner at the Aloft Hotel!✨
We will still gather in front of the Beacon at 7:30 pm after the dinner to watch wonderful performances which will include cheerleaders, dancers, face painting, and more. After, we will gather at the Marriott lounge for another get together to continue to share our stories. We will also still be doing the breakfast on Sunday, September 13th at the Marriott.
We know how much this moment means to all of you. We especially know that some families are traveling great distances to be here and to see their child’s name shining on the Beacon.
If you will be attending the dinner, please send a photo of your child to [email protected] by September 1st at 5 pm EST. IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A PHOTO LAST YEAR, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AGAIN, WE WILL USE THE SAME PHOTO 🙂
We are working on making the 10th Annual In Loving Memory evening as beautiful and meaningful as possible despite this unexpected situation, because every one of our children deserves their moment to shine.
