I moved into my NEW Personal Training Studio in Katonah this weekend! After all the hard work, I'm excited to share some of the journey. The whole team of people helping me (including my community of friends and family) have made this big move much easier.

My daughter says I should write that “she has been instrumental in every step of the process!”

I am celebrating my father's life. Every now and then I feel how wrong it is that he is still dead. Not off for work in Jerusalem, Barcelona or Paris. Really gone. I re-read his letters to me from those trips and am comforted.

Yesterday was my father’s Birthday. Some of you know how important he was to me. We have a great redemption story. He was not present in my life much from 5-12. He then rescued me and spent much of his time, thought and energy helping me know how much he loved me and supporting my dreams. He has a beautiful soul and an unbelievable ability to evolve.

His example has lead me through painful times without him since his death in 2005. I miss him so much. His bear hugs, our intense conversations and his brilliant insights. He studied everything, including history and often had deep understanding of other cultures. We could use that brilliant mind in this time of cruelty and insanity now. Long live Larry! Memories of him illuminate my path.

I am beyond grateful. I love you so much ♥️
