Big thank you to Two Beach Blondies Boutique for these gorgeous hummingbird earrings! Trading with fellow makers is one of the best parts of this little business. We’ll have a selection of her handmade earrings at our tent during the Renaissance Faire on Sept. 13th — they’re great quality, perfect for sensitive ears, and even more beautiful in person.

Bittersweet news: This will be our last holiday season as Memaw & Me Soapery 🖤

Since May 2021, it’s been such a joy sharing my love of handmade soap with all of you. But with rising ingredient and shipping costs—and my heart not being in online sales—it’s no longer feasible to keep the shop going locally. I've learned that while I love making soap, I don't love selling it... and let’s be honest, I can’t compete with Wally World in today's economy.

If you have favorite soaps, now’s the time to stock up—once they’re gone, they’re gone. I’ll be making and restocking through the holidays, but supplies will be limited.

This definitely isn’t what I pictured when they asked what I wanted to be when I grew up… but here I am, listening to true crime and proudly trimming and polishing tiny soap weiners like it’s my life’s work. 🤌🏻✨

These cheeky little toppers are getting prepped for future Valentine’s soaps and sample freebies. And for those who prefer a little more variety — don’t worry. Nothing a bit of cocoa powder can’t fix. 🌶️
