🌞 Between this intense summer heat and getting my massage therapy space up and running at Embody Wellness and Massage in downtown Goldsboro, we haven’t had a chance to plan any outings lately — but it’s all for a good reason!

We’re settling into our new home at 207 E. Walnut St, Goldsboro, NC 27530, and I’m so excited to welcome you into this beautiful, intentional healing space.

This group was created to be an social network of individuals focused on self improvement, holistic health care, nature, and metaphysical conversations.

There is a community right here in Goldsboro focused on growth and education. Hosting many local events and activities to choose from.

The Saturday after the first Friday there is a healers circle being held at the Arts Council of Wayne County. 139 W Walnut St, Goldsboro, NC 27530

A group of practitioners come together to offer a sample of their services for free or reduced pricing. Practitioner include, chiropractic, reiki energy healing, massage therapy, reflexology, akashic records, tarot, and oracle readings. The event starts at 1pm and goes until 4pm. There is usually a presentation before the healers so stop by to hear one of our guest speakers guide you to some self care practices.
