We have an exciting new offering!!!
Vanderbilt lecturer Brandon Underwood is joining our team for a summer series and we are having an interest meeting THIS SUNDAY at 2PM, where you can learn more about the practice...we are hoping to launch next week and want to cater to YOUR availability so reach out if you can't attend and we will add you to the group!
In this course, students will be introduced to the basics of taijiquan (tai chi) and qigong. We will learn the Yang style 37 form routine, developed by Cheng Man-Ch’ing in the mid-1900s, as a beginner friendly introduction into Chinese wellness practices. This routine provides an excellent foundation for more advanced practice, as well as a practical introduction into Daoist philosophy.
We can't wait to take this deeper DIVE with you all this summer! - 🌼
