After my post yesterday a few of you wanted me to post the Allergy Trio again. Instead of the roller and for fast results these three Oils in my opinion help relieve Allergy issues very quickly. Three (3) drops of each in a veggie capsule and ingested. Just that simple. Capsules can be purchased on Amazon, or at Sprouts, or Whole Foods.

Back to Basics: What is a carrier oil and when do I need to use one? I've been asked this several times over they years. As we start expanding oils use and start applying topically we have to remember our Hot Oils. Depending on the oils they can burn or irritate the skin. These oils require a carrier oil to be used in roller or topically. If you ever get a hot oil on you skin just apply a carrier oil over the area and the irritation will soon go away. I use Jojoba, Cocoanut, Olive, Mineral, and Young Living V6. if you have any question just message me and I'll get backto you ASAP.

Also Tooth and Gum Pain for all. Including toddlers. Before you reach for Tylenol try Clove direct. All Natural.
