xercise, and lifestyle modifications that fit your individual needs. Ginny is in her 14th year in practice as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in Southern Maine. Before becoming interested in Nutritional Therapy, she studied Biology at Colby College and Physical Therapy at Stanford University. Having practiced for more than 30 years in Physical Therapy, Ginny has a unique perspective on how the body can heal itself through the proper use of dietary changes, exercise, lifestyle modifications, and the application of healing protocols. She is especially excited to be able to teach you how to naturally approach health and wellness, so that you can learn to move better, alleviate pain, lose weight, revive your energy, fight disease and restore your health. Ginny is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and the Nutritional Therapy Association. She received her Board Certification in Holistic Nutrition in January of 2016. Most recently, she has earned certificates from Restorative Wellness Solutions as a level 1 and 2 Practitioner.
