I can't stop thinking of this , I had to share

Last week son Champion πŸ†told mommy he would take her to watch movie this week Tuesday at 7PM. He called while on his way on Tuesday abd said, " I will be at the house in 10 minutes ". He shows up by 6:45PM and mommy not ready yet. Mommy saying, " Champion, "you should have told me atleast 30 minutes before the time becauseI be too busy". He said, " I told you the movie starts at 7PM". Mr cool, collective is taking charge, he na won hear my excuses πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚

It's not just your age... don't give up.

We lose 3% to 8% of our muscle each decade and lose 16% strength each decade. Eventhough we lose strength at a faster rate than muscle, we can gain strength as quickly as 2 weeks as compared to gaining muscle mass, which is up to 12 to 16 weeks. A Physiotherapist talks about his experience with training people over 50 years regain their mobility and Independence . He said that most pain, joint issues and muscle stiffness some people are experiencing may not be age -related , but lack of movement and/or past injuries that have not been treated in some cases and that resistance can help. He talks more about how incorporating strength, mobility, balance and impact training are essential to maintaining independence as we age and his book, " Independence For Life" can guide you on on your journey.

This book is a good book πŸ“– and if you read πŸ“š, " Think and grow rich" , it will change your mindset about wealth and growth. It's not one way so 🀷 limit yourself. It's okay to have a job and work for others. However, having a growth mindset and thinking outside of having a job and working for others can give you financial freedom.
