Like so many women in their 50s, she felt frustrated.

Down 27 lbs and still eating 🍦🥞🍕👀

My favorite thing about Diane’s journey?

At 59 years old, she isn’t “on a diet.”

She isn’t avoiding restaurants.
She isn’t skipping family outings.
She isn’t giving up ice cream, pancakes, pizza, or bread.

She’s simply living her life.

The difference is that she finally understands nutrition.

Instead of chasing the latest diet, Diane learned how to build balanced meals, prioritize protein and fiber, and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling deprived.

And the results speak for themselves 👇

January: 204 lbs
Today: 177 lbs

That’s 27 lbs lost in less than 5 months + improved cholesterol while still eating foods she loves and going out to eat multiple times per week.
