Young County Family Clinic would like to share that Ashley Espinoza, FNP-C, will no longer be providing care at YCFC effective October 1, 2026.

While we are sad to see Ashley go, we are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication she has shown to her patients and our community during her time with us. She has been a valued part of the YCFC team and will certainly be missed by both our staff and the many patients she has cared for.

Please see the attached letter for additional information regarding this transition and continuity of care.

We wish Ashley nothing but the best in her next chapter and thank her for all she has contributed to YCFC.

🏆 The votes are in! Congratulations to Graham Regional Medical Center’s Young County Family Clinic team, recipient of the first-ever Awesome Possum Award for Best Rest Stop at the Possum Pedal! These ladies rocked the finish line all day long! 🐾🚴

Thank you to everyone who voted and to all of our amazing rest stop sponsors and volunteers. From the snacks and drinks to the encouragement and creativity, each stop helped make this year's ride a memorable experience for our riders.

In observance of Memorial Day, YCFC will be closed Monday to spend the holiday with our friends an family! We wish you all a safe 3-day weekend.

We will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th at 8 a.m. for normal business hours. If you need immediate medical assistance, please call 911 or visit our ER at Graham Regional Medical Center.
