Concho Hearts Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate, comfort-focused care while helping patients and their families maintain dignity and quality of life during a difficult season. They serve Granbury and surrounding communities, including Glen Rose.

Hospice care is about much more than medical care. It is about supporting the whole family—providing guidance, comfort, resources and compassionate support when it is needed most. Concho Hearts Hospice also provides resources related to palliative care, grief support and community assistance, helping families navigate some of life's most difficult moments.

We will always stand with our first responders! In addition to hydrating and feeding them. We have found that body wipes, artificial tears, chap stick, Tylenol, and other like items to help our first combat the physical effects of the work they are doing during these wildfire events are needed!

A huge thank you to Sarah Britten with Concho Hearts Hospice and the Granbury American Legion for their much needed wildfire donations. These donations will go towards feeding and hydrating firefighters onscene.
