And what does “The News” want to focus on? Hmmm

By the way, heart disease is largely preventable AND reversible with a plant based diet. But medications do not cure it, only manage it. They don’t mention it.

Cancer, also many types of it are preventable and reversible with diet and lifestyle. But again, they don’t talk about that.

Opioid drugs: literally a pharmaceutical product.

Who does Mainstream Media get most of their advertising revenue from? Yeah. Pharma.

So, they want you freaking out about explosive diarrhea and measles that haven’t actually killed anyone and just accept that heart attacks, strokes and cancer as just normal ways to die. You can take medications for them but of course you’ll die anyway. And sure you can post “F # # # Cancer” on social media, “race for the cure” and donate for “the cure”... but they never seem to find it (weird, right?).

Stay powerless and follow the hysteria, or take some initiative with your health cause no one is coming to save you, or at least, certainly not mainstream medicine.

I'm not a big advocate for GLP-1 peptides for non diabetics looking to lose weight without first focusing on necessary lifestyle changes.

However, this is an amazing program with data driven support!

And, the BEST part, they have an EXIT strategy. Read that again! An EXIT strategy.

Bet, your doctor doesn't have that. A maintenance dose for the rest of your life doesn't count as an EXIT strategy.

I use the scale and band for my health and wellness journey and recommend to others for great insights to their journeys. It's not the number on the scale that matters, it's the lean muscle mass vs. fat, your hydration status - intracellular vs. extracellular, and so much more.
