A few tomatoes + herbs from the garden for lunch today.
And a few quiet minutes to think.
I’ve realized how much I need these little pockets of time without input. A walk. Working in the garden. Organizing something around the house. Moments when I’m not listening to a podcast, answering a message or scrolling through what everyone else is doing.
Because somewhere in the quiet, my brain catches up.
I can think about what’s going well. What isn’t. What habits I want to hold onto and what I’m ready to let go of.
And maybe the same is true of the people and voices we surround ourselves with.
I want more of the things that help me feel grounded, curious, encouraged and fully myself. Less of the things that leave me questioning whether I’m enough… or somehow too much.
Gardens need tending. Apparently, so do our minds.
We get to notice what we’re watering. What we’re allowing to take root. What might need a little pruning.
And then keep growing where we’re going. 🌱
What are you making more room fo lately?
