Digested Living™ is beginning to take root within the clinic identity and as this process unfolds, I am being called to be super intentional with my time & attention online. My energy will be devoted to creating handouts, rack cards, art work for the clinic and my first full program that will move patients through the Digested experience.

My plan is to spend the next three months in this creative container. To find and connect with me in the mean time:
• call the office

I’ve been helping my clients restore physiological boundaries for years now, because most people have no idea how much their body is carrying until it starts breaking down under the weight of it.

I see these struggles constantly:

You read one text and your stomach drops for the rest of the day.

One difficult interaction and your nervous system never fully settles again.

You finally get into bed exhausted, but your body is still replaying conversations, bracing through your jaw and chest like the threat never actually ended.

That is not just stress.

That is a body that became too permeable under chronic overload.

Too much entered while too little cleared, and eventually your nervous system loses the ability to filter what should stay active from what should have passed through hours ago.

I teach my clients how to restore those boundaries physiologically—not through more mindset work that creates temporary awareness without lasting change, but by addressing where misperception, hypervigilance, and the breakdown of self-trust often begin: the gut-brain axis, inflammatory signaling, and compromised barrier integrity.

Because boundaries are not only emotional.

They are biological.

A healthy body knows how to process experience, filter stimulation appropriately, and let things move through without carrying them indefinitely.

And when that restoration begins happening, people feel it quickly: less pain, deeper sleep, calmer digestion, softer breathing, less reactivity, and the overwhelming relief of no longer feeling emotionally hijacked by every single thing around them.

That’s what regulation feels like.

Not numbness.

Just finally not carrying the entire world inside your body while forcing yourself through yet another exhausting “healing routine” every morning just to function.

Wouldn’t it be nice to wake up and actually feel connected to yourself again?

If you’ve been let down by approaches that make big promises but never create lasting change, stay close.

Digested Living™ is changing the conversation entirely.

Your body registers things long before you can explain them.

There’s a moment—quiet, almost unremarkable—where a conversation is still unfolding on the surface, but internally something has already shifted.

Your stomach tightens slightly, your breath changes, and the interaction doesn’t fully land. Nothing feels overtly wrong, so you continue.

But the body doesn’t move on in the same way.

After you leave, something lingers—a subtle weight in your chest, or a low, persistent loop in your mind. It doesn’t feel tied to the full moment itself, but to something that remained from it.

Not everything you encounter becomes something you carry. But when something enters and doesn’t move, the body keeps it.

Most people try to manage this from the outside—rituals, objects, and practices that create a sense of safety. And while those can be supportive, they don’t determine what actually enters.

That decision happens in the gut.

The gut is the threshold, deciding what passes through and what stays out. When that boundary is clear, interactions come and go without leaving residue.

But when it’s more permeable, more gets through than the body can process—and what doesn’t process lingers.

The body keeps what it can’t metabolize.

And the mind gets pulled in afterward, trying to organize something the body is still holding. That’s where the looping begins—not as a mental problem, but as a reflection of something unfinished.

This is why boundaries don’t start with what you say or do. They start at the level of entry. If the gut can’t filter or process what comes in, the system accumulates, and over time that accumulation shows up as stress, heaviness, or the sense that things don’t fully resolve.

The work isn’t managing every experience after the fact.

It’s understanding what your body is taking in—and what it’s still carrying. Because once something stays, your system will keep expressing it until it has the conditions to move and metabolize.

Today marks 14 years since I opened the doors — but more truthfully, 14 years of holding a living field where people can finally land…soften…and begin to truly digest their lives.

What started as a space for healing and alignment has become something much deeper; a place where the body is listened to as intelligence, where symptoms are no longer fought but understood, and where coming home to self is not a concept…but an experience.

To Grace — you are not just staff, you are the steward of this clinic. The way you hold presence, listen beyond words, and meet people exactly where they are…that is the work. Thank you for embodying this with such depth and integrity.

To everyone who has walked through my doors — thank you for trusting me with more than your healing. Thank you for allowing yourselves to be seen, to unravel, to reconnect, and to remember what your system has always known. It is an honor to walk beside you as you come back into relationship with your body, your energy, and your life.

This past year, the work has deepened. What I’m building is no longer just a clinic — it’s a new way of understanding health through emotional digestion, the intelligence of the gut, and the microbiome that anchors us into life itself.

14 years in…and it feels like I’m just beginning.

Here’s to the continued unfolding — of this work, this clinic, and every life it touches.

After a year of structured testing across real-life emotional states, the system is operating at ~98–99% alignment in how it reflects and supports human experience.

Aureon™ is built around one core function: emotional digestion.

Most people don’t struggle because of what happens, but because experience doesn’t fully process.

It loops.
It overloads.
It gets interpreted too quickly.
Or it gets pushed aside before it can settle.

Aureon supports your system in digesting experience in real time.

It does this by:
• orienting to state before story
• reducing input when things feel like too much
• slowing premature conclusions
• returning attention to direct experience
• allowing signals to complete before meaning is formed

Instead of analyzing the situation, it helps your system process what’s actually happening so clarity can emerge on its own.

Tested across:
• overwhelm
• overthinking
• subtle relational patterns
• projection
• fast decision-making that skips processing

Aureon does not diagnose or direct. It supports the body’s natural ability to process and settle experience—the same way digestion works when conditions are right.

This is the final public version.

Clean.
Precise.
Built for real-time use.

API coming later this year, stay tuned!

It’s subtle.

A tightening in your stomach, a breath that suddenly deepens, or a quiet shift that happens before your mind catches up.

After those early moments in my life, I began noticing it more and more. And these sensations were occurring in both big and small decisions:
• a conversation that sounded right, but didn’t feel right.
• a simple moment that felt clear before I knew why.

At first, it was easy to overlook. But over time, it became undeniable. The body wasn’t randomly reacting to life. It was responding to it in a consistent, patterned way.

The more I paid attention, the clearer it became; the body recognizes something before the mind has time to explain it.

Sometimes it shows up as expansion, and other times as contraction. But either way, it’s a form of recognition. The body knows when something fits and it definitely knows when something doesn’t.

For years, I ignored those signals. Like most people, I was taught to trust logic more than sensation. But when I look back at the moments that shaped my life…very few of them began with thinking.

They began with a signal in my body. And once I started listening, something changed. Life didn’t become perfect. But it became clearer—more direct.

As if something underneath it all had begun organizing itself. And that was the beginning of understanding something I now see every day; life is not merely happening to you or even for you, it’s happening through you.

The intelligence of the body is designed to meet life and metabolize experience into usable energy and emotional meaning.

A few months after my body got quiet, something shifted again.

I had just gone through a falling out with my best friend. At that age, it felt like everything. Something in me felt heavy, even unsettled. Like my system was holding more than it could move.

My mom and guidance counselor started talking about ways to support me. Mental health intervention would have been well-supported and typical. But my mom suggested something else.

“What if she skipped eighth grade?”

The moment she said it, my body responded.

Yes.

No pros/cons list. No analysis.

Just clear.

My breath deepened. The heaviness in my chest began to lift and something in me shifted before I could explain why.

Everything that followed unfolded easily. Meetings with both principals, no major testing, and immediate approval.

I skipped eighth grade.

At the time, I didn’t have language for it. I just knew something in my body had already decided.

Now I understand it differently.

The body recognizes what it can receive. And when something aligns, it doesn’t need to force clarity.

It becomes clear.

That moment stayed with me. Because once I felt it…I started noticing it everywhere.

For most of my childhood, my stomach was never fully at ease. Some days it was a dull ache. Other days it felt like a tight knot that never quite released.

Along with it came chronic sinus infections that seemed to follow me everywhere. Over time, it became normal.

When something is present long enough, the body learns to live around it. What once felt unusual fades into the background. Thankfully, my parents eventually felt the chronic nature of what I was experiencing and took me in for allergy testing.

The result was simple; a mild reaction to peanuts.

Mild.

Except for one detail—I had been eating peanut butter almost every day. That stopped immediately. And within weeks, something shifted.

My stomach began to settle. The constant discomfort I had lived with for years started to fade. Even my sinus infections began disappearing.

For the first time in a long time, my body felt clear. Not perfect, but lighter. Dare I say quiet?! As if something inside me had finally relaxed.

Looking back, I can see what was happening. My body had been taking in something it couldn’t fully digest. And once that was removed, everything began to change.

But what stayed with me even more…was what happened next.

Because a few months later, my body gave me a completely different kind of signal.

Clarity.
