I describe it this way: Reiki Energy Therapy is the exchange of the energy you carry for fresh clear energy. When we let go of tension and stress we support the body in its ability to function correctly. It also enhances what you are already doing to improve your life, physically, mentally emotionally, and spiritually. Within my office, I have created an environment meant for relaxing and healing.

Through Reiki's hands-on energy therapy, I provided, kind and gentle support so that you may master the wellness within you. What can a coach do for me? A coach gives support in finding and staying on your path. By building a relationship with my clients, I help them to move through difficult times and changes in their lives. Creating a sacred space for each client to discover themselves in their own way.
