Attention high school baseball players!!
We will be offering offseason arm care and performance training at our Sports and Performance Center.

These small group sessions will be with Matt Hilligas and your athlete will receive individualized programming each session attended.
These sessions will begin in November and will be offered into February when high school try outs begin. Limited spots are offered each session.
We will be accommodating winter inseason athletes with Tuesday morning sessions from 630 am to 8 am along with Wednesday sessions from 330pm to 5 pm.
This is the time to make the gains needed to excel this upcoming season. Waiting until January is too late. Let's get to work!
