If “everything is tight,” then nothing is specific…and you can’t treat what you can’t identify.
Chronic pain doesn’t usually stick around because you’re weak or unmotivated. It sticks around because something is mechanically restricted and your body has been compensating for it for months (or years).

I’ve always been honest about the confidence and self worth issues I struggle with. And, I am well aware that those things are exactly what has created and caused so many hurdles, obstacles, and plateaus in my business and career growth.
I mean, when you’re telling yourself that you aren’t worthy, capable, or deserving of greatness, then…umm yeah…you get in your own way until that becomes the truth🤦‍♀️
I’ve been working with an alternative life coach/counselor, , for a few weeks now and he said something a couple sessions back that kind of struck a nerve…”Taelour, if you met someone exactly like you - building a business that is focused on helping people, while raising kids, covered in tattoos, riding motorcycles - what would you think of her?”.
And it really forced me to have to confront how absurd my self talk has been…for pretty much my whole life. Because, if I met her now, honestly I would think, “What a bad a**”. If 9 yr old me met the now me, she would be SO STOKED on who we grew up to be - and not only on WHAT we’re doing but, HOW we do them and what our values are. We move with honesty, integrity, compassion, and passion.
So, now - I can’t really keep replaying that same story and talk in my head, now can I? Sure…the messaging and programming won’t change over night but, we gotta start somewhere🤷‍♀️
2 weeks ago, I absolutely FUMBLED a consult because I wasn’t showing up confidently or secure in myself or what I am doing…and they picked that up. Because, why wouldn’t they? Why would they want to put their trust in someone who isn’t trusting themselves? And, I cried that night because I KNOW I could’ve helped her get her life back. And because I let my BS self talk get in the way and run the show, I lost the opportunity to give her back her freedom. And how ridiculous is that? So then, not only am I hindering my own growth and success by letting this talk continue but, I’m limiting who and how many I get to help. And that’s…pretty fk’n selfish.
Anyways…here’s to always growing, pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, always calling yourself out on your BS limiting beliefs, and always moving through life with integrity🥂

Your calves might be tight because they’re working for a foot that can’t do its job.
When the tissue on the bottom of your foot gets restricted, your foot often loses its ability to:
💙Absorb impact
💙Load the arch normally
💙Let the toes move and splay the way they’re supposed to
So your body compensates. Common patterns I see:
💚Calves feel “tight” no matter how much you stretch
💚Feet cramp easily
💚Toes grip the ground / claw inside shoes
💚Big toe starts drifting (hello bunion life)
💚Ankles feel stiff or unstable
Not medical advice…just a reality check: if you only chase the symptom (calves + bunion) and ignore the driver (foot mechanics + tissue restriction), you’ll keep living in the same loop.
