At Waves to Healing, I believe your energy is the most honest guide you’ll ever have.

Notice what makes you feel expansive, alive, lighter and aligned with your soul… versus what leaves you contracted, drained, heavy or out of harmony.

You are the only one who knows what is real and true for you. Have you ever heard the phrase “follow your gut”? That’s it!! The feeling you get when you walk into a space and feel enlivened or you feel contracted. You can feel the energy in the room as soon as you walk into. What if you play with this energy by asking your body a question.

Hey body, if I choose this will it create more for my life? Hey body, if I don’t choose this will it create more for my life? Which one is expansive, which one is contracted? You can’t get this wrong. Keep asking, keep noticing the energy, and see what shows up.
