Can I tell you a secret?
The women who benefit the most from these workouts are often the ones who are most nervous to show up.
You do not need to be fast.
You do not need to run.
You do not need to know what a track workout is.
You can:
- Walk the track
- Walk the stairs
- Try a few easy intervals
- Or simply move your body before starting your day
Just a group of women showing up, supporting each other, and getting stronger one step at a time.
