These are four Guiding Principles that I use in my daily practice. When I practice qi gong, I feel deeply connected to me inner source of light. The wisdom guides me to how I am to serve and who I can help. When my heart is open, I meet the most wonderful people. When I struggle to connect to my light, I find the good and allow the tough emotions to move through me. When I make space to connect with those that life me up, we show each other what is possible. In this way, giving is also a way of receiving. Which guiding principle resonated with you today?
