Rest to Rise is a monthly ecstatic dance event and nurturing opportunity to pause, release and receive. Offered every 3rd Friday of the month! This month, I am switching it up a little bit and hosting on Thursday the 18th instead of Friday the 19th in honor and recognition of Juneteenth!

Rest to Rise is a nurturing opportunity to connect with the parts that need to move at their own pace.
We will begin with a grounding practice and intention setting, followed by an Ecstatic Dance, and end our evening with a Meditation and Reiki Circle.

An invitation to gather in community, set intentions, drop into the body, then connect with music and your intentions through mindfulness, intuitive movement, meditation and authentic connection.

Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance, with no choreography. Simply intuitive movement. The dance playlist creates a wave of 5 rhythms to facilitate journeying, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, stillness. The intention is to form community connection and connection with one’s body/mind and soul.

Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy that flows through all living beings. It is a Traditional Japanese Healing Technique that aims to serve the highest good of all. We will join hands and invite Reiki to aid us in the highest good, attune to the collective and individual energies, where tension and stagnant energy dwells. Invite and allow Reiki to work with your intention, your chakras, and your auric field to guide the flow of Life Force Energy throughout the body and collective.

This is a substance free event. Please show up as you are.

EVERYbody is welcome, regardless of ability. This event is a supportive space to move your body as much or as little as you’d like. Listen to what your body needs throughout the dance and feel free to honor its needs.

Strengthen connection between physical, spiritual and energetic body.

These chilly, gray winter days have me dreaming of warm sand and sunshine!

It has been a little while since I’ve promoted my work. Planting some seeds for the upcoming months and creating space for whatever feels called to flow in for the highest and greatest good of all.

A little bit about me. I am the owner of Reiki Moon & Sol LLC, a mother, Doula, and Holistic Early Childhood Educator prioritizing in nervous system regulation techniques and social emotional development.

I am an intentional creator embracing nature as medicine, self expression through intuitive movement, play, authentic relating, and Reiki.

My unique, integrative approach to holistic wellness combines chakra alignment, intuitive guidance, and intentional healing touch through Reiki or Biofield Therapy. Bridging the connection between your energetic, spiritual and physical bodies, and personal intentions.

Additionally, I collaborate with other wellness professionals, and offer community ecstatic dance events, creating a container for a therapeutic modality of intuitive movement meditation meets authentic expression and somatic release while flowing to the 5 rhythms that make up a full ecstatic wave.

Relax into the process.

WOW!! 2024!

My heart is so full it could burst!

That is the vibe that carried me all weekend long!
I honestly felt like I was floating I was so lit up!
As a Sacral Generator, that’s a major indication that I am fulfilling my life’s purpose.

It was such an honor to have had the opportunity to be in community with so many lovely, magical humans!

Feeling so much gratitude for the flow of love, acceptance and abundance I received this weekend, new and familiar!

Feeling really seen and so held in pursuit my life’s purpose... all that I desire to offer the world!

Also, being there for the second year with the community I’ve been calling in, and collaborating with my siSTARS in this space too, was absolutely divine!

Hello! 🧚🏼 It’s been a little while since I’ve posted anything on this page. I hope you’re all enjoying your summer so far! I’ve been working on some new developments with my business, including officially becoming an LLC! Stay tuned for some new updates!
