Free-hand drawn, inked and painted mandala. Mixed media. Guache is my favorite paint medium. You can use it heavy and it works like an acrylic paint, if you thin it down with water, it becomes a water color paint… and if it’s dry, and you wet it, you can rework it. I did this one on a trip to Florida in 2024. I found a lot of inspiration sitting by the water..

I was enjoying a walk in the park today, and I came across some deer, two mommas and two fawns… in the city. This fawns curiosity had him coming in to check me out. As tempted as I was to boop the snoot, I don’t want him to think he can approach people. But it was such a cool experience.
