SAFETY and SECURITY are proactive measures to Protect Persons and the Environment from Hazards & Threats.
The South Sudan Rains flooded the Nile Orphan Care (NOC) grounds washing away the Fencing that provided Safety and Security to the 200 children that call NOC Home.
PCC asked and you, the donors / supporters responded without hesitation.
