Ignore what I said. I decided to share 5 things instead of 3 that you can easily do right now to help with mold illness symptoms.

The author is one of my teacher’s teachers.

Living a healthy lifestyle is about more than what you eat and the products you use on your skin.

It’s also about self awareness, recognizing your patterns, and moving from mind (thinking) to body (feeling).

The approaches in the reel are just a few ways into bringing more attention into these places.

Do you know your Enneagram type?

Save this for a boring day.

The Traditional Chinese Medicine clock is loaded with insight.

People in their 30s have been tested or diagnosed with early-onset dementia. Crazy right? But when they find out about mold illness and CIRS, and take action, the diagnosis is reversed. Read about it. Let me know what you learn.

Reading about plants from herbalists is infinitely greater than an AI generation or sterile medical write-up. Might I suggest blue vervain.

My take on perimenopause

And as a follow up to the vid, these chemicals are known endocrine disrupters.

Your hormones are produced by the glands that comprise your endocrine system.

Whether you have a mast cell reaction or not, these chemicals ARE affecting you.

And if you are having a mast cell reaction (like I was in this story), there’s a reason why you’re experiencing this, too.

I know mine. And I know it’s not forever, but I’ve got the tools to navigate and mitigate while I work on that root cause.

Happy to help you figure it out, too.

Let’s not settle for hopelessness, resignation, and suffering, k?

Some thoughts on one key difference between natural and conventional medicine.

Hopeful?

The missing piece in chronic health issues ✨

(Unfortunately, the sound cut out so this is what’s left.)

Here’s the gist of it.

Often, the underlying layer of nervous system activation resides in the subconscious beliefs held here in the body.

With conscious awareness comes choice.

My method of somatic inquiry, trauma release, repatterning, and embodied energy awareness helps where herbal and supplement support end.

I also love using flower essences and homeopathy to support the daily integration of what comes up in sessions. These are low cost remedies. Not hundreds of dollars per month.

Note: To be clear, for chronic, debilitating issues rooted in mold, the mold must be removed from your environment. You can’t fully heal and regulate your nervous system when it’s constantly being attacked by a biotoxin. Much like you couldn’t regulate if you’re in an abusive relationship.

Can we work with subconscious beliefs and energetics to minimize the intensity level of effect? Yes. But it’s rarely a long-term solution.

If you’ve dealt with mold illness, you likely deal with mold exposure reactions even if you’re no longer living in the environment or have gotten yourself back into a healthy place.

These reactions might be something like:
Throat irritation Headache Burning ear Muscle weakness Joint or muscle pain Fatigue onset Fainting Dizziness Lung tension, heaviness, or irritation

These reactions are aggravating and uncomfortable, but there a blessing in disguise as they can often be the cue to get yourself out of a risky situation.

This reel gives you a quick list of some of what I do to minimize the exposure effect, from nervous system herbs and antifungal and antimicrobial herbs to supplements that can help move it out of your body more efficiently in hopes to prevent days or weeks of discomfort.

Two of these suggestions require a practitioner code, so let me know if you’d like that.
