Simply Massage is hiring for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) and Front Desk staff!
Simply Massage offers competitive pay and incentives, and we have full-time and part-time schedule options available (which can be discussed at the interview).
✨Some therapist responsibilities include:✨
* Providing therapeutic massage modalities and techniques on clientele (we can also train for certain styles as well!) - knowing deep tissue techniques is a huge plus!
* Adaptability based on the clients' needs
* Be able to massage all (or most) durations - we offer 30-minute, 60-minute, 90-minute, and 2-hour sessions
* Proper change-over of assigned room, general cleanliness
* Maintaining laundry
✨Some desk staff duties include:✨
* Scheduling clientele based on their preferences and needs;
* Answering phone calls, texts, and email correspondence;
* Keeping up with general cleanliness of the studio;
* Schedule adjustments based on need;
* Inputting new clientele forms;
* Educating clientele on our membership program;
* Maintaining laundry;
✨Must be:✨
* (Therapists only) Licensed in the state of MI, licensed in a different state that would be accepted/approved by the state of MI, or working towards licensure for the state of MI;
* (Therapists) Able to work a rotating Saturday schedule (at least 2 per month) - shift options for the week can be discussed at the interview (for therapists);
* (Desk staff) we are looking for someone who can do either 1st shift or 2nd shift hours with also availability to work rotating Saturdays (schedule options can be discussed further at interview);
* Professional, upbeat attitude;
* Customer Service skills;
* Reliable transportation

* Operating hours: M-F - 10am-9pm, Saturdays - 8:45am-4pm, Sundays - closed.
* We are closed on major holidays
* We also offer a membership program, which provides a strong, recurring clientele
* We offer the following services: therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, cupping massage, prenatal massage, couples massages, and more
* Accumulated PTO/massage benefits - every 100 massage hours worked, therapists receive 1 60-minute massage credit; every 20 massage hours worked, therapists receive 1 PTO hour. For every 25 hours worked, desk staff will receive 1 PTO hour; for every 125 hours, desk staff will receive 1 60-minute massage credit.
