It’s been a Avery busy week celebrating this sweet girl Turning Sweet 16 🎀🤠🐮 From appts to celebrating her 16th birthday Friday with more appts and some lunch with her siblings and grandma . Then it was Trying to get the final touches and things done for her Sweet 16 surprise party on Sunday . It was a lot but I managed to pull It off without her even knowing . She was surprised and I think it turned out pretty good . I will be posting more pics but it only allows me to post 20 at a time so keep watching for more pics . Madison also got a couple more cards and another gift as well. I want to say a huge Thank You to everyone who has sent Happy Birthday message /comments, cards and gifts . Thank you so much for thinking of Maddie and making her birthday so special . Thank you to everyone that came to her surprise party and helped make her day so very special . She has to endure so much and on Sunday she was able to just enjoy being 16. No appointments, no thinking about the hospital, she was just able to enjoy friends and family !! Thanks again for all your continued love prayers and support . You all mean so much to us. We love you all.

Madison had a great day I think well except having to be at the hospital for two appts . Talk more about those later . I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to everyone who wished Maddie a Happy Sweet 16 , Sent her a card or a gift . It definitely made her day and week. So thank you so very much for putting a smile on her face . We are so thankful for all the kind words and support . It means so much to us . This girl continues to fight each and everyday just to live . It seems like it’s always something unfortunately but she manages to get through it with a smile even through the tears . Which has be been a lot of those lately 😭 But with all of you it helps us get through even the darkest days . So thank you so very much . Please keep the prayers and positive vibes coming . If you still would like to send a card or gift let me know . We will be celebrating this girl all weekend and honestly she’s celebrated every single day . As we approach her Surprise Sweet 16 party on Sunday . I’m needing some help with things . If you would like to help in any way let me know . Happy Sweet 16 to the most precious gift I could ever ask for . You are kind , sweet and the most bravest and strongest girl I know . You have shown cancer who’s boss over and over again . You continue to prove the drs wrong !! You will never let cancer win !! I will never give up on you and I will always be by your side . You have fought to live since you were just 4 months old and you haven’t stopped. Life has given you so many obstacles but you still manage to smile through it all. Life has been tough but you have been tougher . This week hasn’t been an easy one with your teeth procedure and your specialist appt . But you smiled through it even though it wasn’t easy. You keep me going each and everyday ! You are my hero Madison 🎗️ I love you to the moon and back Maddie boo. Happy Sweet 16

Been a very busy day for all … received Madison’s school pictures , Avahs first Volleyball Game and they won all 3 games and Avah served 5 of their points in a row . (Ace Strike ) so very proud of her . She’s doing so well and I love watching her play. Can’t wait to way h more games this season . Hunter has his first soccer game tomorrow ⚽️ Picked Maddie up from a school and headed to her orthodontist and she got her braces off today .. she looks amazing. She does need some work on two of her teeth which she will get that done on Thursday . Due to all the chemo she had her teeth were underdeveloped so they were quite a bit smaller . So we are going to have two of her top teeth built up to match . She’s excited for that and to be done with this chapter of work in her life . She has so much to worry about and she still needs to navigate. Surgeries more tests and more specialist in the near future . But we are just trying to take one minute at a time . She still manages to smile even with the pain today . Life is hard but she is tough. In just 4 days this girl will be 16 !!! 🥹 please continue to pray and send positive vibes . Thank you so much . Going through photos tonight .. preparing myself for My baby turning Sweet 16 on Friday (September 4) 🥹 she hasn’t had the best days or years . But I can say is she is the strongest and bravest girl I have ever met. Since 4 months old this girl has had to fight to live . Fight to live a life that she didn’t ask for . Cancer is unfair and it doesn’t care who you are . It will try and take you at any age . Childhood cancer is not rare !!! Madison has to continue to fight every single day . Through the pain , through the tests and all the appointments. It hasn’t gotten any easier and it sucks . Just plain sucks !! I hate watching her endure this and I wish I could take it all away . But I can’t . The only thing I can do is fight for her , be her advocate and never give up . As her bday approaches I want to make her day the most special I can . Things are so hard right now , the struggle is real 😭 I had to listen to Maddie cry in pain tonight and I hate it so much . I will be making some more phone calls this week. This week was very busy .. first days of school . Volleyball and soccer practice and lots of appointments in between all of that . The count down is still going for this girl to turn Sweet 16. Everyday is a gift but lately it’s getting harder to smile and harder to just brush off the anxiety. It’s been a hard week for all of us but Maddie is dealing with so much . The thought of another surgery or surgeries is overwhelming. With so many unknowns life has thrown us and continues too. Life is hard but we are stronger !!! Smile through it all even on the hardest days . The struggle is real with bills etc . Everyone is battling their own set of challenges. Remember that today is a gift . I keep telling myself that own day it will all be ok .. one day I pray that Maddie can just live without pain amd without worrying about cancer . It’s been a very long 15 years and it doesn’t get any easier for her . So with her Sweet 16 coming up and tryin to plan this surprise party for her . I’m asking for all your help !!! Can you help make this day extra special for this warrior ?! Need any help you can give from setting up to donations of money or anything . Please help if you can even if it’s praying !! Let the new school year begin .. officially I have a freshman (9th grader ) 8th grader and a 6th grader . I’m not crying 🥹 it’s been a day filled with so many emotions . They are growing up so fast !! Everyone had a good first day but they are exhausted . Waking up earlier bc Maddie has to be to school earlier now she’s in high school . Plus Avah officially started volleyball practice too so she just got home at 5:20. So it’s been a long day but no one has homework !! Thank goodness ! We all made it through the first day of the school year 2026/2027. We survived lol Tomorrow is another day and praying it’s another good day . These kids inspire me so much . They are my whole world ❤️ Madison also received another bday card from her Aunt Tami . Shes feelin the love . Thank you to everyone for all the bday wishes . I still can’t believe she will be 16 on September 4th. My baby is growing up !!! Sweet 16 in just 11 days !!

Busy getting ready for their first day of school tomorrow 🥹 I still can’t believe I’m going to have a 9th grader (freshman ) a 8th grader and a 6th grader . This mama has so many emotions 🥹 my babies are growing up so fast . All 3 kiddos are a bit nervous and anxious . Avah and Hunter will still be at the same school they have been for years but Hunter will now be in the middle school hallway . Maddie will be heading to a whole new school and that is a huge step for her . She’s pretty anxious but I know she will do great . She’s meeting her case manager at the office first thing in the am . Will br getting an elevator key and help with finding her classrooms etc . I know she will be in good hands , it’s just getting there and getting in the routine . She’s dealing with a lot of leg and stomach pain . I just hope she can make it through the first day . Each day is a blessing and we will take one minute at a time. Madison opened another day to her 16 day count down to her bday. She received a gift of a new book and some hair clips from Gina Schramer Ringle . She absolutely loves it. Thank you She will be turning 16 on September 4th . My baby , my warrior !! Maddies Surprise Sweet 16 bday is slowing getting planned . I’m still recovering from surgery slowly moving and tryin to take things slow. I could def use some help on this party!! If anyone would like to help please message me . I have attempted to try and find a DJ with no luck , possibly someone to do like dancing as well. Need help with all things . Any help would be appreciated. I have been asked about a wish list for Maddie’s bday . I will post it in the comments and on the bio of her page. Please continue to pray and sled positive vibes .
