🎉 Graduation Day & Giving Back! 👟✨
We have some incredible news to share! After wearing her Surestep DASS night stretching AFOs for the past eight months, one of our amazing patients has officially gained over 15° of range of motion (ROM) in her ankles!
Thanks to her hard work and dedication, she now has a full range of motion and has officially graduated from needing them! 🎓💪
But the story gets even better—to celebrate her milestone, she generously donated her AFOs to POGO today so they can help another child on their own healing journey. ❤️
We are so incredibly proud of her progress and so grateful for her kind heart. Join us in celebrating this massive win! 👇

What a journey these braces take, from families across the United States to children around the world. 📦✈️🌏

Outgrown orthotic braces are donated by families nationwide and shipped to our collection site Kentucky, where they begin a second journey. From there, they’re transported to Michigan, carefully sorted by volunteers, and distributed to clinics and outreach programs in Uganda, Malawi, Niger, India, Jamaica, and beyond.

What no longer fits one child can help another take their first steps, gain independence, and access opportunities they may not have had otherwise.

Every brace has a purpose. Every donation makes a difference. ❤️

Today, on World Clubfoot Day, we’re celebrating a milestone that reminds us why this work matters.

After surgery, months of casting, and six months without walking, this incredible child is taking her first steps again.

Moments like these are about more than mobility—they’re about independence, confidence, and the opportunities that come with being able to move freely.

To every child living with clubfoot and every family navigating the journey: we celebrate you today!
❤️

Sometimes the most effective solutions are also the most accessible. 💡
When kids aren’t able to get up on their feet and stretch regularly, they can develop tight contractures in both their hip flexors and their knees. A simple knee immobilizer can be a game-changer!
Whether worn at night to keep the legs extended or paired over an AFO during the day to align the knees and hips, this cost-effective tool plays a huge role in helping kids achieve better mobility and alignment.

Every child deserves the opportunity to move, explore, and gain independence!

In this educational video, we’re sharing how a PVC walker can be built using simple, accessible materials to support mobility in underserved communities around the world.

At POGO (Pediatric Orthotic Global Outreach), our goal is to provide education, resources, and hope while helping expand access to pediatric orthotic care globally. 🌍

Please note: this video is for educational and informational purposes only. Mobility devices should be selected, adjusted, and monitored by qualified healthcare and rehabilitation professionals based on each individual’s unique needs.
