Year 2 starts in April— Natural Health Therapist!

Less surface.
More root.
More understanding the language of the body.

Here is what I’ll be up to the next 6 months!

And soon… opening up ways for you to learn alongside me ✨

Reflexology isn’t random pressure. It’s intentional communication.

Reflexology uses specific thumb- and finger-walking techniques — not guesswork.

Different areas require different rhythms, depth, and patience.
Some techniques relax.
Some stimulate.
Some simply hold space.

Every session is intentional.
Every touch has meaning.

One thing that really surprised me about reflexology is its ability to access internal organs.
With traditional bodywork or massage, we work with muscles and connective tissue. We don’t have a way to directly access organs themselves.
Reflexology works differently.
Through the feet — which contain over 7,200 nerve endings each — it offers a direct line of communication with internal systems, supporting the body in regulating back toward homeostasis.
It’s subtle, but it’s precise.
And the body responds.

Reflexology isn’t massage. And it isn’t about pushing through pain.
It’s a specific way of working with the feet and hands — using intentional thumb and finger techniques to communicate with the body through reflex points.
Sometimes the touch is gentle.
Sometimes it’s precise.
But it’s always listening, not forcing.
Reflexology works with the nervous system first.
When the body feels safe, it knows how to respond.
It’s subtle. It’s grounding.
And it meets the body exactly where it is.

In reflexology, we work with the feet because they’re where the body meets the earth.
They carry our weight.
They absorb impact.
They hold tension quietly.
Each step places more than your full body weight onto the feet — again and again, day after day. And yet, they’re often the most ignored part of the body.
Reflexology sees the feet not as distant from the rest of us, but deeply connected — a place where the whole body can be accessed through gentle, intentional touch.
There’s something grounding about starting here.
The body doesn’t need to be forced.
It needs to be met.

🌿 Fullscript Is Now Open

I’ve opened my Fullscript dispensary as a more intentional way to support health — mine and yours.

What started as something I shared quietly with close family and friends now feels aligned to open more widely. This feels like a grounded place to begin sharing what I’m learning, thoughtfully and with care, as my education continues to deepen.

I chose Fullscript because it removes much of the guesswork that comes with supplements. Products are sourced directly from trusted professional brands, stored and handled properly, and shipped directly to your door — with the option to set up autoship if consistency is part of your rhythm.

This matters.

What you take, where it comes from, and how it’s handled all make a difference.

When you order through my link, you’ll receive:
• supplements from trusted, professional-grade brands
• proper storage and handling
• 10% off as a friends & family discount
• 10% off your first order

You’re welcome to sign up and shop on your own, or reach out if you have questions.

As I continue my naturopathic education, Fullscript also allows access to functional labs — an important tool for understanding the body more deeply and supporting care that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

This isn’t a consultation offering — not yet.
It’s a first step. A way of building the systems, relationships, and discernment that will eventually support deeper work.

Everything here is offered with intention, not urgency.

All information shared is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements or labs.

This is a reflexology foot map — a visual reference showing how the entire body is reflected through the feet.

In reflexology, the feet aren’t treated as isolated parts.
They’re understood as mirrors.

Each area of the foot corresponds to specific organs, glands, and systems in the body. When these reflex points are worked with intentional thumb and finger techniques, they offer a way to communicate with parts of the body that can’t be accessed through general bodywork.

There are many versions of reflexology foot maps.
Details may vary slightly, but the principle remains the same: the feet reflect the whole body.

This map isn’t something to memorize.
It’s a guide — a way of understanding how deeply connected the body really is.

Over time, patterns can show up here.
Tenderness. Texture. Sensitivity.
Sometimes they reflect something already happening in the body.
Sometimes they appear before symptoms do.

Reflexology isn’t about diagnosing.
It’s about listening.

Everything begins at the feet.

Last weekend, my studies took me into reflexology.

Twenty hours learning with my hands — working the feet, tracing pathways, and studying a healing system with roots that reach back to 2500 BC in Egypt.

Reflexology is the study of energy pathways that correspond to every organ, gland, and system in the body. Through specific thumb and finger techniques on the feet and hands, these pathways are stimulated to support balance — not by forcing change, but by helping the body return to homeostasis.

What drew me in most is how direct it is.
The feet reflect the whole body.
Nothing abstract. Nothing removed.

I’ll be sharing a series of posts about reflexology — what it is, how it works, and why it still matters in a world that’s often disconnected from the body.

We’ll start, naturally, with the feet.

The calendar turns, but my year doesn’t really begin in January.

It begins with cycles. With learning. With becoming.

This past year marked the start of something big for me
going back to school, saying yes to a long-held calling, and slowly stepping into the work I feel meant to do. In March, I’ll close out my first year and earn my Natural Health Educator certification. And in April, I’ll welcome nature’s new year—the one that reminds me growth doesn’t rush… it unfolds.

I’m coming off two quiet weeks with my son—
deep rest, slow mornings, togetherness that filled my cup in ways nothing else can. That pause was intentional, because I know what’s ahead.

The next few months will be full.
School weekends. Work deadlines. Building something from the ground up. Choosing study over stillness some days, and trusting that it’s part of the bigger picture.

I didn’t go back to school to be busier forever.
I did it to follow my passion.
To create flexibility.
To build a life where presence matters more than productivity—especially with my family.

But right now, that dream requires focus. Commitment. Time away before time opens up.

So as we step into this new year, I’m holding a quiet intention—not for perfection, but for balance.
More knowledge.
More opportunity.
More alignment.
And finding the community that walks this path alongside me.

This is still the Wild Era.
Unpolished. Intentional. Becoming.
