So grateful for my short but sweet time teaching at Mind Body Baby 🤍
I’m incredibly thankful for the relationships I’ve made, the conversations shared, and the beautiful community that welcomed me so openly. This space is truly special, and I hope to see many familiar faces when I’m able to occasionally pop back in as a sub ✨

As I step into my new role at GRCC, I’m feeling really excited about the opportunity to bring yoga and mindful movement to yet another community—one that will benefit immensely from the practice, presence, and pause that yoga offers.

Change can be bittersweet, but it’s also full of growth. Feeling thankful, energized, and so supported. 🧡

“Yoga under the trees” is coming to Frederik Meijer Gardens 🌳✨

There’s something magical about moving your body surrounded by twinkling lights, tinsel, and a whole lot of green. This class is all about mobility, ease, and feeling good—no pretzel poses, no perfection, just real people finding real joy in their bodies.

Bring a mat, bring a friend, bring your “I need a moment to breathe” energy.
