When we go into a hypnotherapy session, I gently guide you into your subconscious mind where everything is stored, you can get to the core of the issue, see it, and reframe it, insights and awareness’s in this state are profound. It is important to note that you do not relive the issue, with my guidance you are able to see if from an elevated perspective and find the wisdom in it. When we add in mindset coaching we can use the information we gained in the session to make sure all the subconscious beliefs and negative thought patterns that have held you back, kept you stuck are GONE.
