They just need your support to release fascial tension.

Your baby’s body was doing exactly what it was designed to do. Fascia locked down to protect them, whether that was in the womb, during birth, or anywhere else along the way. The problem is, that protective response doesn’t come with an off switch.

Left alone, this tension doesn’t just fade with time. It gets stored in the body, and can quietly shape how your child moves, sleeps, feeds, and grows.

I want to be really clear about something: I fully believe there is a time and a place to see a provider. Every baby can benefit from fascial release with a skilled, trained practitioner, full stop.

If you have access to one, even if that means traveling to get there, it is well worth the investment and the energy. Hands-on work from someone trained specifically in this is valuable, and nothing about this course is meant to replace that.

Best case scenario is doing both, seeing a trusted provider and having skills you can use with your own hands every single day at home.
