AJ McNeal One Million Care about AJ has been a special friend of Rocco's Heart - an HLHS Foundation and was an honored guest at our "Support the 1" golf outing in 2014. Today, AJ is getting a new heart!! Thoughts and prayers are with AJ and his family, medical team and donor family today and in the coming weeks!
