What exactly is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective, yet commonly misunderstood, tools for personal transformation.
Despite what movies may show, hypnosis is not mind control or being “out of it.” It’s actually a natural state of focused awareness that we move in and out of every day. Think about getting lost in a book, driving on autopilot, or zoning out during a movie. Your mind already knows how to enter these states.
Hypnotherapy uses that relaxed and focused state to work with deeper mental and emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

One of my favorite things about hypnotherapy is that it works beyond surface level coping. Instead of just talking about patterns, we begin creating change at the root.
