One of the things I love most about what I do is getting to create these little moments of relaxation for people.

And the beautiful thing is, you don't have to come to me. I can bring the experience to you.

Maybe it's your living room, your back porch, or even your office. A few of your favorite people gathered together, soaking their feet in warm botanicals, enjoying a little guided meditation, some relaxation, and just spending time together.

It doesn't have to be anything elaborate. Sometimes it's simply about slowing down, being present, and sharing an experience with people you love.

That's what I love about these gatherings. It's not so much about the place. It's about the people. 🌿

Now booking private botanical foot soak gatherings. Message me for details.

No two sessions look exactly the same because no two people arrive exactly the same.

Every session begins with a conversation.

Before we ever move into the treatment room, we take time to talk. Not just about your skin or your body, but about how you're doing.

From there, we look at the bigger picture.

What's showing up physically?
What's showing up emotionally?
What's showing up energetically?

Sometimes the place we think we need to start isn't actually where the most support is needed.

That's why every session is tailored to the individual.

There is both intuition and intention behind the process. A method to the madness, if you will.

The goal isn't to follow the same protocol every time.

The goal is to meet you where you are and create an experience that supports the whole person.

Personalized care for the whole person.

When was the last time you had a facial massage?

Not for your skin.

For the tight jaw.
For the tension headaches.
For the stiff neck.
For the tight shoulders.

Because it's all connected.

I think more adults need timeouts.

Preferably somewhere with a view.

An hour to be still.
To breathe.
To soak your feet.
To let the world wait a minute.

10/10 would recommend.

Foot soaks are available by appointment. Send me a message for details.

The best compliment is a referral. šŸ¤

Sharing posts, tagging friends, sending someone my way, telling people about your experience… that kind of support means everything to a small business like mine.

It’s always during the foot massage.

At some point, the nervous system fully lets go, the breathing changes, the room gets quiet… and then the arm slowly falls off the table.

Honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts. Right next to the snoring.

I’ve learned that care doesn’t begin the moment someone gets on the table.

It begins in the slowing down.
The exhale.
The warm water.
The quiet.
The feeling of being supported enough to finally let your guard down for a little while.

Whether a session takes place here at the Well House or beyond it, that intention stays the same.

I don’t believe wellness should feel rushed, impersonal, or disconnected. I want people to feel cared for as a whole person, not just treated for a moment.

Sometimes the most meaningful part of the experience is simply having space to soften again. 🌿

Maybe if people actually saw what it’s like to ā€œmodelā€ for me, they’d understand why I joke about how terrible it is. šŸ˜‚

Beautiful spaces. Soft music. Hand massages. Cozy blankets. Someone showing up just to help you slow down for a little while.

Absolutely exhausting work, clearly.

But honestly, this is one of the things I love most about offering these experiences outside the treatment room too. Creating calm, comfort, and care in spaces where people already feel at home adds something really special to the experience.

And yes… my models usually survive the hardship just fine.

behindthescenes

When I say I’m listening to both of our bodies…
this is what I mean.
This work asks a lot of the body.
Constant movement.
Shifting. Adjusting. Holding.
I’m not working from a fixed position or a routine.
I’m aware of how I’m holding myself
just as much as how I’m holding you.
Because the way I position my body
affects the way you receive the work.
If I’m strained… you feel that.
If I’m grounded… you feel that too.
So sometimes I shift.
Sometimes I stretch.
Sometimes I find a different way to move…
all so I can stay present,
and never break contact.
—
This is what it means to work with the body,
not against it.
