Happy Birthday to the one and only Shamaya Chah! 🎉❤️

Nearly five decades of healing, teaching, innovating, and leaving her fingerprints all over the massage profession.

There are teachers who teach you techniques, and then there are teachers who completely change the way you understand the human body. Shamaya is definitely the latter.

I’m incredibly grateful that I got to be one of her students—and even more grateful that I now get to call her my friend and colleague.
