Amanda is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and assisted stretch expert dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals with a smart, sustainable approach.
With over 12 years of experience in the medical field, Amanda brings a rehab-informed perspective to movement. Since earning her yoga certification in 2019, she has continued to expand her expertise in mobility, kettlebell training, nutrition coaching, and assisted stretch therapy.
Her approach focuses on helping you move better, build strength, and reduce pain safely. By improving joint function, restoring mobility, and retraining movement patterns, Amanda helps you create a strong foundation for long-term results without pushing your body past its limits.

Yoga: Wednesdays at 6PM, Fridays at 11AM, Saturdays at 9AM
