Still can’t believe our Malachi is going to be displayed on the big screens in Times Square!
His photo, along with so many others, was chosen to be part of the National Down Syndrome Society’s Times Square Video Presentation on September 12th. And what an incredible honor it is!
Things like this mean so much because they give the world a chance to see what we already know. Individuals with Down syndrome have so much to offer, and their abilities, joy and unique qualities deserve to be seen and celebrated. I’m so grateful we get to be a part of bringing more awareness and acceptance to the Down syndrome community.
I sure wish we were heading to New York to see that sweet face light up Times Square in person! But you better believe we’ll be watching and celebrating from afar. We’ll be in Idaho and might just have to join their Buddy Walk while we’re there! So incredibly proud of our Malachi and this special honor!
