Hi, I’m Terrish My deep love for the ocean brought me here to this magical wonderland that I now get to call home! When I first began my path to healing many years ago, I was living the life of a sick, over stressed, intense navy sailor. Navy, I was forced to learn about health and well-b

eing because I was struggling and became sick and tired of being sick and tired. I understand most pain and discomfort because I have lived it myself. A workaholic - an intense athlete - a sick stressed product of chaotic surroundings - I understand most of the struggles you are facing. I believe you can turn your health and life around for the better. I love helping people transform their relationship with themselves from frustrated and overwhelmed to empowered and engaged. My strengths help others facilitate health and wellness from inside themselves, through increased awareness and education of self. I have now dedicated my life to helping others transform their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. It is with joy I offer high-quality care that supports my client’s wellness in order to live more passionate, authentic lives. I was born and raised in the southern part of the United States, but have found the Pacific Northwest to be my home, mainly due to the community of friends who have become my family. When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking in nature, surfing, or reading. My connection to the earth is integral in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

You’re Invited — Summer Solstice at Waves Saturday June 20th 4pm - 10pm. Join us for a music filled evening with WIDE VARIETY of different musicians performing. DJ Steve will keep the music & great energy flowing for the event. Rowdy Ryan & The Whiskey Bandits will take us into the sunset with their amazing headline performance.

Waves is providing a 🌭& Baked Potato 🥔 Bar + the fixings — starting at 4pm. Wildman Brewing is serving up cold brews 🍺 Whale of a Cone will be surprising us for an hour or two of 🍦 . Janette will have her trailer of goodies parked out front for sodas, cotton candy, and other treats. The Local Bar across the street has a full bar + an amazing Walk-Up Window you can order their full food menu.

Bring the kiddos!! Adults and kids can play in the grass, chill out together, listen to great music, and celebrate community & connection. FREE EVENT, you can bring your friends & your neighbors.

Bring nothing or something to share — you are welcome to add to the food tables.

Bring a favorite chair, a blanket, or sheet for your seating or use what’s provided. Bring a jacket and stay until sunset.
