What is holding you accountable to your workouts? I wanted to use the polar training after my last dance show. And, well, no training happened as I awaited surgery. I have finally gotten to it this week! Yesterday and today I was told to run. Guessing tomorrow will be a supportive day, since that is what it shows right now.
