🛁Join us with Special Guest Senta Rafaela for a Sound Journey to celebrate the Winter Solstice!

December 21st is an energetic spiraling inward, the longest night of the year and a time to rest and reflect. Welcome back the light of the sun by spending time in stillness and the meditative sounds of Senta.

You'll begin with gentle floor or chair yoga to center and align followed by a sound bath/journey/meditation.

Afterwards, stay for a reception at Back to Heart Center • Reiki Studio with hot herb tea to assist integration and grounding.

Sliding Scale - $35-50 suggested. Your generous donation makes it possible for those with less means to attend, while still supporting the work of the studio and presenter. If you are in need of financial support right now, please email us, all will be welcome.

Senta Rafaela provides heart centered yoga, sound journeys, and expressive art experiences in a broad range of settings. She is grounded in a love and commitment to the cultivation of earth-keeping, light-bearing, accessible community practices

Senta is a certified 500hr. Kripalu yoga and yoga dance teacher, Reiki level 2 practitioner, multi-instrumentalist and visual artist. She has worked for over 25 years as a certified special education teacher bringing artistic educational practices to diverse populations.
