Most people have heard the advice:
"𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞."
And while creating a calorie deficit can lead to weight loss, that's not always the whole story.
Because if it were that simple, why do so many people lose weight... only to gain it back?
Why do some people find themselves with less energy, less strength, a slower metabolism, and feeling more frustrated than ever?
One reason is that your body adapts.
And when weight loss is approached the wrong way, you can lose more than just body fat.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐞.
And muscle plays a major role in your metabolism, strength, mobility, and ability to stay independent as you age.
That's one of the topics we'll be discussing in our 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩:
𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐭 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
We'll uncover why many people get stuck in the cycle of losing and regaining weight, what happens to the body during prolonged dieting, and strategies to help protect your muscle while working toward your goals.
If you've ever felt like your body doesn't respond the way it used to, this workshop is for you.
