While I’ll admit, unlike a store-front establishment, I’m not always readily available and at times (sometimes due to circumstances beyond my control) I have to reschedule or cancel, with communication.. I’m able to rectify and accommodate as agreed upon. In the past, with new clients, I have asked for a 50% non-refundable deposit. I have been slacking. Especially with loyal clientele. However, IF you are familiar with my work, AND my prices, AND you CHOOSE to schedule with me.. going forward (even with the knowledge due to my hectic schedule, I may have to reschedule) all working quotes MUST be paid IN FULL AT BOOKING. I’m a small time business. I rely on funds - considering how little I charge compared to most - to keep supplies restocked and bills paid. If you show up, sit in the chair, you will get what you paid for. Waiting until a LARGE piece is complete, to bring to my attention you’re not prepared to pay.. is an issue I’m unwilling to encounter again. Times are tough.💩 Life happens. To me, just as it does to you. But, taking advantage of a good thing, is not acceptable. If you currently have an upcoming appointment with me, I will be in touch regarding payment.
