Your muscles don’t know how old you are. They only know whether you’re using them.

One of the most fascinating findings in aging research is that muscle remains remarkably adaptable throughout life. Clinical studies have shown that adults in their 70s, 80s, and even 90s can increase strength and build muscle when challenged with appropriate resistance training.

I just spoke with a client today about how crazy it is that we are so “advanced” in modern day, yet we have taken a million steps back in some ways…

We forget that we aren’t machines or robots that are programmed for success. We are intricate, highly intelligent bodies that crave the natural world.

My passion for massage began with a genuine desire to support others in feeling better - physically and mentally- and that purpose continues till this day. I specialize in deep tissue massage, using targeted techniques to address muscle tension, injury recovery, and long- standing discomfort. In addition to deep tissue, I offer cupping, hot towels, Swedish massage, and I customize sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
