Improve your flexibility, coordination, and balance with this gentle and safe brand of yoga.
Move through simple shapes while focused on your breath. Accessible to all, you can remain seated for the entire class or stand using your chair for added stability.

Led by PTA and senior yoga expert Lara Pankowski, receive personal attention for special needs in this intimate, small group setting.

About Lara Pankowski:
I am the founder of TheraCare LLC, a therapeutic exercise company for seniors. We provide private in-home training for those 55+ (mostly 75+) either in conjunction with PT or after PT discharges (ie when insurance stops paying the bill).
I am a certified personal trainer with 20+ years of experience as a PTA (physical therapist assistant) specializing in functional strength, mobility and balance for those with neurological challenges (strokes, parkinsons, neuropathy). Plus, I am a certified yoga instructor specializing in senior yoga and restorative yoga.,and I am a certified health coach. with experience in health marketing back before social media was a thing.

Dr. Catherine Akbarieh DDS, CHHC of Reflective Wellness will lead a Water & Wellness Workshop from 1-3pm. This is an informative and interactive workshop on Water and Wellness In Our World. It’ll provide insight into proper hydration, address some myths about alkaline water, and why drinking lots of water may not be enough. This Workshop is an interactive educational presentation in two parts, a combination of education, conversation and demonstration.

Bring a sample of your water for testing and comparing!
