Happy Father’s Day (one day late but not in celebrating you ). Honoring especially the three incredible fathers in my life , thank you for the lessons, the laughter, the guidance, and the love you continue to give so freely. And remembering Baba Salim the og as well.
Each of you has shaped me ,and my children and siblings in your own unique way, and we are better because of it. One common thread amoung all of you is your rigorous faith , endless love , support and devotion to family . Greatful for having you.
May we all take a moment today to appreciate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who have helped guide us, support us, and believe in us.
And for those missing their fathers today, may their memories continue to be a blessing and source of strength.
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there. May you know how deeply loved and appreciated you are. 💙. And may all who want to be a father soon, be given this blessing.

I love when patients leave calmer , and yet we hope to create something ever lasting over time. Healing is never a one-way street—we become a team, working together to create greater health, balance, and well-being.
One of the things this patient shared was how seen and understood she felt, and how I seemed to intuitively know what her body needed. I don’t take that gift lightly. I am deeply grateful to be able to combine intuition, experience, and Chinese medicine to support each person in the way they need most.
