I taught my FIRST group class at Kinetic Lab, and 8 amazing members showed up and trusted me to coach them! 🥹💪🏼
I’m proud of myself not because it was perfect, but because I DID IT. Doing hard things helps us grow, and I’m grateful for everyone who believes in me along the way.

A HUGE thank you to Coach Jane for pushing, guiding, and helping me become a better version of myself. 💚

6 Weeks. Same movement. Different strength.

Started with the blue band (highest resistance)
Finished with the red band (lowest resistance)

Progress isn’t always louder weight… sometimes it’s less assistance, more strength.

I showed up. I stayed consistent. I trusted the process.

This is what 6 weeks of discipline looks like 💪
