One small thing that made a bigger difference than I expected…was not skipping meals.

I used to think eating less would help.

So I’d have coffee…
maybe wait until later to eat…
and then wonder why I felt:
tired
cranky
and thinking about food all day

Now I do the opposite.
I make sure I actually eat—especially earlier in the day.
And it’s amazing how something so simple can change how you feel.

More steady energy.
Fewer cravings.
Less frustration.

Nothing extreme.
Just finally doing what works šŸ’›

Mondays used to feel like a reset button for me…

ā€œI’ll start over today.ā€
ā€œI’ll do better this week.ā€

And by midweek?
I’d be right back where I started.
It wasn’t because I didn’t care…it was because what I was trying to do didn’t actually work for me anymore.
That cycle is exhausting.

What finally changed? I stopped starting over…
and started doing things I could actually stick with.

Nothing extreme.
Nothing perfect.

Just consistent enough to feel better.

I almost got rid of these jeans.

Not because I didn’t like them…

but because I didn’t think I’d ever wear them again.

My body had changed.
Nothing was fitting the same.
And honestly… I didn’t have a lot of hope it would.

So I kept them—but more like a ā€œjust in caseā€ā€¦

not because I believed I’d actually put them back on.

And yet… here we are.

Not because I did anything crazy.

But because I finally started doing what actually works for me now.

And that changed everything.

Not just how I look…

but how I feel šŸ’›

One thing I’ve gotten really clear on…

Feeling better doesn’t come from doing everything right.

It comes from doing a few things consistently.

For me, that looks like:

• starting my day with protein instead of just coffee
• supporting my gut (this was a big one for me)
• keeping my energy steady instead of riding the highs and crashes
• and using a few simple things that make it easier to stay on track

Nothing extreme.

But those small things?

They’ve made a bigger difference than anything I used to try.

If you’ve been feeling a little off lately…

you don’t need to start over.
