MVMT is headed to Sturgeon Bay! We’re so excited to officially be collaborating with Cloud Nine Collective to bring physical therapy to the Door County community.

Tia’s first day at Cloud Nine Collective will be November 5th, and she’ll be there 2x/month on Thursdays from 8:30–2:30.

Being a strong dad isn’t just about how much you can bench. 👀

It’s carrying sleeping kids upstairs. Getting down on the floor and back up. Hauling ALL the groceries in one trip because obviously. 😂 And keeping your body strong enough to actually do the stuff you want to do with your kids.

Train for real life. Train to be a strong dad. 💪
